An Employment Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE is sought to join a highly ranked Employment team in Aberdeen. The team acts for employers across the UK and overseas, and the work is a good mix of advisory, tribunal and transactional.

It would suit someone who likes client contact, wants variety in their caseload and would enjoy being part of a busy, close-knit practice.

The role

You’ll advise employer clients on:

• Tribunal claims, from early stages through to hearing
• General employment and HR queries
• Contracts, policies and procedures
• Settlement agreements and employee relations
• Employment support on corporate and commercial deals
• Client training and business development

About you

• 2+ years’ PQE in employment law
• Happy running your own files, with support when you need it
• Good with clients and easy to work with
• Organised and commercially aware
• A team player
