Are you a dedicated Key Stage 1 Teacher with a passion for helping young learners reach their full potential? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic KS1 Class Teacher to join a primary school in West Molesey for a long-term teaching opportunity. This position is suited to a teacher who enjoys creating engaging lessons, building pupils' confidence and supporting children as they develop their essential literacy, numeracy and social skills. Your Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the KS1 National Curriculum. Support pupils in developing their reading, writing and mathematical skills. Create a structured, welcoming and inclusive classroom environment. Assess pupils' progress and adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs. Implement effective behaviour management strategies. Work alongside teaching assistants and other staff to support pupil achievement. What We're Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). Previous experience teaching Year 1 or Year 2. Strong knowledge of the KS1 National Curriculum. Confidence in delivering phonics and early literacy lessons. Excellent classroom management and communication skills. An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
