Are you passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to education and reach their potential?
We are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11-16 within a small, nurturing alternative provision. Many students have experienced significant challenges, including prolonged periods out of education, school refusal, or permanent exclusion from mainstream settings.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference by providing 1:1 and small group support to young people who need positive role models, consistency, and encouragement to re-engage with learning.
