Working closely with class teachers and the wider school team, you will identify pupils' individual needs, plan focused learning sessions and adapt your approach to ensure interventions are engaging, effective and purposeful.

You will help pupils develop confidence, independence and resilience, creating a positive learning environment where children feel encouraged, supported and motivated to achieve.

• Uses assessment effectively to monitor progress and plan next steps.
• Builds positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and families.
• Is organised, flexible and confident working with small groups and individual pupils.
• Is committed to inclusion, safeguarding and promoting children's wellbeing.

What the School Offers:

• A welcoming, inclusive and community-centred primary school.
• A supportive team focused on improving outcomes for every child.
• The opportunity to make a tangible difference to pupils' academic progress and self-esteem.
