Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal Executive

• Annual Salary: £45k - £58k (FTE), depending on experience

Join my clients growing Residential team.

My client is seeking motivated Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, or Legal Executives with a passion for property law and client care.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Handle a variety of property conveyancing matters including freehold, leasehold, new builds, shared ownership, and land transactions.
• Liaise with estate agents and financial advisors to ensure smooth transactions.
• Deliver clear, client-friendly advice on complex legal issues.
• Manage financial aspects including cash flow, quotations, and billing.
• Build strong, lasting client relationships and contribute to business development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ years PQE in residential property law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a drive to exceed client expectations.
• Tech-savvy with openness to learning new tools and techniques.
• Experience in commercial property is a bonus but not required.
