Admissions Administrator

• Annual Salary: £15 per hour
• Location: Tooting, London
• Job Type: Temporary (12 weeks minimum with potential to go permanent)
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm

We are seeking an Admissions Administrator to join our Client's team on a temporary basis with great potential to transition into a permanent role. The position is based in Tooting and requires a candidate who possesses a current DBS on the update service.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Handling inquiries and applications efficiently and accurately.
• Maintaining and updating student records and databases.
• Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth admission processes.
• Assisting in the preparation and organisation of admission events and open days.
• Providing administrative support to the admissions team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Must have a DBS on the update service.
• Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using office software and databases.
