An FCA-regulated financial planning business established in 2009, which has grown into an established holistic financial planning firm, is looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join their team.
The business takes a personal, relationship-led approach, focusing on long-term client relationships and providing the level of service that can be lost through increasingly digital financial services. Much of its growth has been organic, supported by referrals from existing clients, friends and family.
As the business continues to grow, it is now looking to appoint its first dedicated Paraplanner to establish and develop a centralised paraplanning function.
The Role
This Senior Paraplanner position offers an opportunity to establish and shape a centralised paraplanning function from the ground up.
Working closely with the firm's IFAs, you will provide technical and administrative support throughout the financial planning process.
The business already has the systems and infrastructure in place to support remote working.
Rather than joining an established paraplanning team, you will have the opportunity to help build and shape the function, working closely with experienced IFAs and supporting clients within a business where personal relationships and quality of service remain central to its proposition.
Progression
There is genuine long-term progression available for the right person, whether that's a Technical Manager or a route to advise

A combination of 10 employed and self-employed IFAs, with advisers based in the London office and working remotely across the UK.
