We are working with a well-established, boutique Independent Financial Advice practice seeking a personable and experienced Adviser to take responsibility for an existing, loyal client bank. This is a unique opportunity to inherit established relationships and provide ongoing advice and service, allowing the business owner to focus on business development and growth.

The Role

• Manage and develop an established portfolio of existing clients.
• Conduct annual reviews and ongoing financial planning meetings.
• Provide holistic financial advice tailored to client needs and objectives.
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
• Work closely with the business owner and support team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client outcomes through appropriate advice, without the expectation of proactive business development activity.

About You

• Level 4 Diploma qualified (or equivalent).
• Previous experience advising clients within an IFA, wealth management or financial planning environment.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
• Professional, ethical and client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage ongoing client relationships and deliver excellent service.
