The Role

You will advise clients, families and professionals on a broad range of Court of Protection matters, including:

• Property and financial affairs
• Health and welfare matters
• Deputyship and trustee work
• Supporting vulnerable adults, children and elderly clients
• Advising under the Mental Capacity Act
• Client visits at home or in care settings where required

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years' PQE
• Experience in Court of Protection law
• Strong private client experience with exposure to Court of Protection matters will also be considered
• Excellent client care and communication skills
