You'll be responsible for: Leading, coaching and developing a retail team Driving sales, KPIs and overall store performance Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining high service standards Managing stock, visual merchandising, rotas and operational standards Managing store costs and ensuring strong commercial performance Recruiting, onboarding and developing team members Maintaining high standards across the store and creating an engaging environment Taking ownership of the overall store operation What We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced Store Manager or Retail Manager from fashion, sports, lifestyle or another customer-focused retail environment.
