Sales Administrator

Trafford Park – Office based

Our client, a well-established supplier of homewares and textiles to the retail industry now has an excellent opportunity for a Sales Administrator / Order Processor to join their team in Trafford Park.

The role will involve being responsible for all aspects of the sales order processing from taking the initial call, inputting the orders, liaising with the merchandiser, warehouse and distribution team and QC departments, to meet targets for delivery and to maintain a high level of service for our customers.

Other Duties:

Order processing

General office tasks to ensure the smooth running of a busy sales office.

Would be required to attend 2 trade show per year February and September

Experience Required:

You will be experienced in a Sales Administrator or Order Processing role – ideally working with the retailers.

You will have excellent organisation skills and be able to use your own initiative.

Candidates with Sage experience and knowledge of home textiles will be of particular interest.

Additional Info:

Hours of work: 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Office based in Trafford Park.
