What will you do as anOperations Executive

• Oversee stock movements across wholesale and e-commerce channels
• Support the Wholesale team with stock allocation and shipment tracking
• Prepare and manage export documentation, ensuring information is compliant
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date production schedules
• Ensure production orders fully confirmed sales for upcoming seasons
• Maintain weekly planners and trackers in Excel – outlining visibility of goods

What will you do as anOperations Executive

• NetSuite experience would be advantageous
• Happy to be based onsite
• Fashion, or FMCG experience essential
• Skills including ability to use VLOOKUP’s in Excel
• Knowledge of customs and logistics
• Strong analytical mindset with a structured, data-driven approach
