Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing retail team Take ownership of store sales, KPIs and commercial performance Drive sales and maximise opportunities to achieve and exceed targets Deliver an exceptional customer experience Coach and develop team members to reach their full potential Manage recruitment, onboarding, training and performance Oversee day-to-day store operations and stock management Maintain excellent visual merchandising and store standards Analyse sales and performance data to identify opportunities Ensure company policies, procedures and compliance standards are followed About You We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with a proven background within a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.
