Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor in Stourbridge

A growing residential conveyancing team in the Stourbridge is seeking an experienced Conveyancer or Solicitor to join its busy, client-focused department. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated professional to manage a high-volume caseload while delivering excellent service across both freehold and leasehold transactions.

Role

The Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor will be responsible for handling all aspects of property transactions from instruction to post-completion. The role offers the chance to work on a variety of residential matters, including standard sales and purchases, new build properties, shared ownership schemes, equity transactions and lease extensions.

About you

The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, commercially aware and able to work independently within a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a high-volume residential conveyancing caseload.
• Relevant qualification (Solicitor, CILEx, or CLC) or equivalent experience managing own caseload.
• Strong technical expertise in residential property matters, including freehold, leasehold and new build instructions.
• Experience working with corporate estate agents and other professional referrers.
• Commercially astute and comfortable working towards financial targets.
• Proficient in IT, with experience using case management systems.
• Forward-thinking, proactive and able to contribute positively to a team environment.
