Account Manager | Chemicals 

Location: The Midlands

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 + package

An exciting opportunity for an SME Account Manager to join a growing chemical business and play a key role in developing new and existing customer relationships.

The role:

• Grow sales and market share across solvent product lines
• Manage and develop an existing customer base
• Generate new business through proactive outbound sales
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Develop and manage an opportunity pipeline
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual customer meetings

About you:

• Commercially driven with strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, organised and able to work independently
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience
• Chemical distribution experience desirable
• A degree in Chemical Engineering or an Engineering field is desirable
