HSEQ Manager

We are seeking an experienced and qualified HSEQ Manager to join our team. This role involves managing all aspects of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) compliance within the construction sector. The ideal candidate will be proficient in client-facing roles, managing and supervising the delivery of project contractual requirements of HSEQ compliance.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage HSEQ coordination and requirements for up to 4-6 sites nationwide.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with legislation and manage HSEQ management processes.
• Responsible for the management and upkeep of the company's HSE management systems, specifically OHSAS 45001 2018, with a focus on continuous improvement and maintaining an accident-free work environment.
• Maintain the company’s ISO 9001: 2015 accreditations and manage the overall quality assurance aspects of the company’s operations.
• Conduct weekly client-facing site meetings, emphasizing collaborative multi-disciplined projects.
• Oversee subcontractor’s fabrication work, on-site steelwork, and cladding works, and act as the client representative and overall focal point for the company.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in the construction sector, specifically in HSEQ management.
• Excellent knowledge and ability to manage and communicate health, safety, environmental, and quality aspects throughout the company.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise and manage team compliance with project requirements.
• Proficiency in maintaining HSE management systems and quality assurance accreditations.
