Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a portfolio of client accounts and developing strong, long-term relationships.
• Leading projects and campaigns from initial brief through to successful delivery.
• Understanding client objectives and providing recommendations to support business growth.
• Coordinating internal teams and ensuring projects remain on track, on budget and delivered to a high standard.
• Managing multiple projects, deadlines and stakeholder expectations simultaneously.
• Leading meetings, presenting ideas and acting as a trusted point of contact for clients.
• Identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts and add value to client relationships.
• Monitoring project performance, budgets and commercial outcomes.
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to a positive team culture.
• Ensuring consistently high levels of client service and project delivery.

Experience and Skills Requirements

• Ideally 3+ years' experience in account management, project management or a client-facing role.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering projects successfully.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines and multiple workstreams.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
• Proactive, solutions-focused and confident in taking ownership of projects.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior colleagues would be advantageous.
