We are recruiting an experienced Junior Sous Chef to join the team at an award-winning luxury hotel with a 2 AA Rosette restaurant in Suffolk.

Working alongside a talented brigade, you'll help deliver high-quality, seasonal food while maintaining excellent standards of preparation, presentation and service.

Key Responsibilities

• Run and maintain your own section
• Prepare and cook dishes to 2 AA Rosette standards
• Support the Head Chef and senior kitchen team
• Help lead the kitchen during busy services
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• Support and develop junior chefs
• Assist with menu development and seasonal dishes
• Maintain food hygiene and kitchen standards

About You

• Minimum 1 year's experience as a Junior Sous Chef
• Previous 2 AA Rosette or quality restaurant experience essential
• Passion for fine food and high-quality cooking
• Confident running your own section
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Able to work efficiently under pressure
• Keen to develop and progress your career

NVQ Professional Cookery preferred but not essential. Level 2 Food Hygiene required.
