This is a great opportunity to join an established contractor with a strong track record delivering complex projects across multiple sectors, offering long-term stability and the chance to play a key role from the early stages of a new scheme. The business has a strong reputation across the UK construction market, with an extensive portfolio spanning education, justice, healthcare, defence and other public sector projects. They're looking for someone who has come from a Tier 1 main contractor background, has experience working across mixed sectors and, crucially, has previous Ministry of Justice (MoJ) project experience. What they're looking for: * Proven experience as a Site Manager with a Tier 1 main contractor. * Previous MoJ project experience is essential. * A mixed-sector background, ideally across public sector or complex construction projects. * Strong knowledge of subcontractor management, programme delivery, quality control and health & safety. * Confident leading site teams and driving works safely and efficiently.
