Finance Business Partner | Liverpool | HybridI'm currently working with a large, customer-facing business to recruit a commercially minded Finance Business Partner into a highly visible operational finance role.
Supporting senior stakeholders across a sizeable multi-site estate, you'll be responsible for providing insight, challenge and commercial analysis around key operational costs, performance trends and profitability drivers.
Key areas of focus: - Commercial business partnering with operational leadership teams
- Budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting
- Labour and operational cost analysis
- KPI development and benchmarking
- Identifying opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency
- Delivering insight that supports strategic decision-making
We're keen to speak with ACA, ACCA or CIMA-qualified finance professionals who have experience partnering with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, multi-site environment. Experience across retail, leisure, hospitality, logistics or other operationally driven sectors would be advantageous.
