This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a Warehouse Operative, Picker Packer, Order Picker, Warehouse Assistant or Distribution Operative.

Shifts

Working five days out of seven, with the following shifts available:

• Day Shift: 07:00 – 15:00
• Afternoon Shift: 15:00 – 23:00
• Night Shift: 23:00 – 07:00
• Reliable transport to Crick is essential for your allocated shifts

Rates of Pay

• Day Shift: £13.12 per hour
• Day Shift Overtime: £17.05 per hour
• Afternoon Shift: £14.77 per hour
• Afternoon Shift Overtime: £18.70 per hour
• Night Shift: £15.32 per hour
• Night Shift Overtime: £19.25 per hour
• Enhanced overtime rates apply after 37.5 hours worked

Day-to-Day Duties

As a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Picking and packing stock accurately and efficiently
• Processing and preparing customer orders for dispatch
• Scanning and labelling items correctly
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely
• Handling returns and maintaining stock accuracy
• Carrying out general warehouse duties
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

Essential Skills

To be successful as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:

• No previous warehouse experience required
• Basic spoken and written English
• Willingness to learn new skills and complete training
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
• Reliable transport to Crick (NN6 7GZ) for all allocated shifts
• Right to work in the UK for the advertised working hours

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience in picking, packing, warehouse or logistics environments
• Experience using handheld scanners or similar warehouse technology

Training Provided

• Full training provided – no previous warehouse experience necessary
• Ongoing development support throughout your assignment
