You will carry out servicing, diagnostics, repairs and inspections on HGVs and trailers. Benefits Overtime available BPW & LOLER training provided 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays Enhanced maternity and paternity pay Health & wellbeing support programme Ongoing training and career development The Role Carry out major and minor repairs on HGVs, trailers and commercial vehicles Complete servicing, inspections and planned maintenance Carry out diagnostics and fault finding Support breakdown repairs when required Maintain accurate service records and paperwork Maintain a safe, clean and organised workshop Requirements Essential: Level 3 NVQ, City & Guilds or IMI qualification in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance Previous HGV Technician, HGV Mechanic or Truck Technician experience Ability to identify worn and faulty components to DVSA standards Full UK driving licence Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Desirable: Diagnostics and electrical experience Click ‘Apply Now’ to take the next step in your career.
