I'm recruiting for a growing Transaction Services team in London and would be keen to speak with ACA-qualified candidates who have already gained experience within Financial Due Diligence / Transaction Services.

The role offers exposure to a broad range of transactions and the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility across live deals.

What you'll be doing:

Delivering financial due diligence assignments
Analysing financial information and financial models
Preparing and reviewing due diligence reports
Supporting net debt and working capital analysis
Reviewing SPAs and preparing funds flows
Working alongside tax, IT and other specialist teams
Managing multiple transactions and client workstreams
Supporting junior members of the team
Building relationships with clients, banks, private equity firms and other advisers
Getting involved in business development and networking

What they're looking for:

ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
Previous Transaction Services / Financial Due Diligence experience
Strong Excel and financial analysis skills
Good report-writing and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a deal-driven environment
Commercial awareness and an understanding of the transaction process
