Permanent, full-time position based in Scunthorpe.

Salary

Average of £50,000 OTE + £30,000 annual earnings guarantee for the first 3 months + additional benefits

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and customer-focused sales professional to join a successful automotive dealership, managing customers through the complete vehicle purchase journey while working towards strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with customers and understand their individual requirements.
Guide customers through the full vehicle purchasing journey.
Manage enquiries and follow up leads to convert opportunities into sales.
Present vehicles confidently and explain features and benefits.
Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
Achieve agreed individual and dealership sales targets.
Develop strong product knowledge across the vehicle range.
Maintain regular contact with customers and develop long-term relationships.
Work closely with colleagues across the dealership to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience within sales is essential
Strong sales and relationship-building ability.
Confident, professional and comfortable dealing with customers face-to-face.
Target-driven and motivated by earning potential.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Organised, proactive and results-focused.
Positive attitude with a desire to succeed and develop.
Full UK driving licence required.
