Temporary Customer Service Assistant

Location: Pershore

Contract: Temporary – asap through to December

Pay: £12.71 per hour + holiday pay

Hours: Monday to Friday, approx. 9am–5:30pm (overtime available in busy periods)

Must be a driver due to location

Our Pershore-based client is seeking a enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join their vibrant team during the seasonal peak. The role is to support the customer service team and also be flexible to help in the warehouse.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive and energetic environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handling customer queries via phone and live chat
• Providing quotes and placing orders
• Managing client accounts and order specifications
• Processing orders for the warehouse
• Assisting with the warehouse with packing and dispatching orders
• Checking dispatch status and advising on products
