What You’ll Be Doing

Key responsibilities include:

• Arranging, attending and minuting board and shareholders’ meetings
• Drafting minutes, resolutions and associated documentation for corporate transactions and restructuring projects
• Maintaining statutory registers and corporate records using Diligent software in line with law and internal procedures
• Preparing and submitting statutory forms to the Companies Registration Office (CRO) and managing client Register of Beneficial Ownership (RBO) filings
• Exploring the use of AI and bespoke technology applications to deliver compliance and governance services
• Supporting specialised offerings, including share scheme administration and governance advisory
• Managing client relationships, handling routine company law queries and overseeing the billing and AML/KYC onboarding processes
• Collaborating with cross-functional team members (such as tax and audit colleagues) on complex company law matters

About You

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, versatile professional who is keen to enhance their company secretarial, restructuring and governance skills. You will ideally have:

• 3+ years of relevant Irish company secretarial / governance experience
• Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) qualification (or equivalent primary degree/professional qualification)
• Technologically curious mindset with experience or interest in modern software tools (experience with Diligent software is a plus)
• Strong client service delivery skills and excellent attention to detail
• Outgoing, collaborative and strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organisational ability and a diligent approach to managing multiple client deadlines
