Mid-Day Assistant at a SEND school in Chester!

Role - Mid-Day Assistant

Hours - 10 (11.30-1.30)

Pay - £14.24-£15 per hour

Academics are looking for a Mid-Day Assistant to join a SEND school in Chester. This is a part-time role that requires the supervision of children with SEND during their lunch periods both inside the school and on school grounds. There will be medical training provided, along with training for manual handling and first aid.

The Role:

• Supervising children with additional needs at lunch time.

• Providing medical and first aid, reporting accidents or illnesses to a senior member of staff.

• Ensuring children are safe whilst enjoying their lunch time.

About You:

• Enhanced DBS check (or willing to get one through us).

• Previous experience working with children with additional needs.

• Reliable and punctual.

• Based in Chester.

• Previous experience as a Mid-Day Assistant would be advantageous.
