Conveyancing Fee Earner

As a Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will be part of a dynamic team of over 70 property professionals, working with high-net-worth clients and key introducers across London and the Southwest.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Work closely with a small team of Paralegals and Assistants.
• Build and maintain relationships with key Estate Agents and Broker introducers.
• Handle a varied portfolio of residential property deals including freehold and leasehold sales/purchases, lease extensions, refinancing, and transfer of equity work.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience as a fee earner in a conveyancing role - must be able to carry a conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
• Comprehensive experience across the full range of conveyancing files to completion.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage client relationships.
• Ambition to grow and progress within the firm.
