• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the service department.
• Communicate effectively with workshop colleagues to ensure timely service delivery.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role within the motor trade.
• Strong computer literacy and organisational skills.
