Customer Service Executive

Location: South Cambridge (5 days in the office)

Salary: £25,000-£26,000

Description: We are working on behalf of a highly respected and well-established organisation in South Cambridge who are looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive to join their friendly and professional team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service and thrives in a fast-paced, office-based environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to email enquiries
• Managing queries via an internal ticketing system
• Accurately recording client data on internal systems
• Supporting clients with service bookings and appointments
• Proactively assisting clients with purchasing decisions
• Supporting the wider team with administrative duties

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• A confident and professional telephone manner
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• IT skills
• A positive, proactive and team-focused approach
