Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week 8:30am to 4:30pm

Hybrid working, 2 days per week in the office
£15.63 per hour

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a reputable non-profit organisation on a temporary basis, starting at the end of October for 2 months.

The role is busy and people-focused and requires someone who enjoys speaking to customers, communicates with care and builds lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities:

• Acting as the first point of contact for customers by phone, email and letter
• Handling enquiries promptly, aiming to resolve queries first time
• Supporting people sensitively on emotive matters
• Making outbound calls to develop and retain customer relationships

About you:

• Solid customer service experience, preferably in a phone based/ contact centre role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident using IT systems and databases
• The empathy and sensitivity to handle emotional conversations
• Previous experience in charity or fundraising would be advantageous
• You must be a driver
