What You'll Be Doing

• Generating new business through outbound calls, networking and business development
• Building and developing relationships with senior decision-makers
• Winning new clients and securing recruitment opportunities
• Managing your own client portfolio and developing long-term relationships
• Identifying, interviewing and representing candidates
• Negotiating salaries and recruitment fees
• Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to placement
• Working towards and exceeding individual and team targets
• Becoming an expert within your chosen market
• Competing for monthly, quarterly and annual incentives
