Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator looking to join a friendly, supportive and highly respected firm where your expertise will be genuinely valued?

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a talented Payroll Administrator to join our busy payroll team, taking responsibility for delivering accurate end-to-end payroll services to a diverse portfolio of clients.

You'll be responsible for managing a varied client portfolio, ensuring payrolls are processed accurately and on time while delivering exceptional levels of client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Processing end-to-end payroll for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Managing weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly and monthly payrolls.
• Processing CIS payrolls and subcontractor payments.
• Submitting RTI returns to HMRC.
• Calculating statutory payments including SSP, SMP, SPP and SAP.
• Processing starters, leavers and payroll amendments.
• Managing pension auto-enrolment.
• Resolving payroll queries and providing excellent client support.
• Ensuring payroll legislation and HMRC compliance is maintained at all times.

About You

We're looking for someone with:

• Previous end-to-end payroll experience within an accountancy practice, umbrella company or payroll bureau.
• Experience processing payroll for multiple clients.
• Excellent knowledge of RTI submissions.
• CIS payroll experience.
• Strong understanding of payroll legislation.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience using payroll software such as BrightPay, Sage Payroll, Iris, Moneysoft or similar would be advantageous.
