Are you an experienced Healthcare Assistant ready to take the next step in your career? Brainkind Stagenhoe is looking for a Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our specialist neurological care team, supporting adults with neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality care while providing guidance, support and mentorship to junior colleagues. What you'll do * Deliver and coordinate person-centred care and support. * Supervise, coach and mentor junior team members. * Delegate care tasks and help maintain a safe and supportive environment. * Promote independence, choice and dignity for service users. * Support the delivery of rehabilitation programmes and care plans.
