An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Procurement Specialist to join a leading international professional services firm.

Working closely with stakeholders across the business and an international procurement team, you will support strategic sourcing, supplier relationships, contract management and procurement operations, helping to deliver commercial value and improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sourcing initiatives, supplier evaluations, RFPs and competitive bidding processes.

• Manage supplier relationships, performance reviews and contract renewals.

• Support commercial negotiations and coordinate contract reviews with Legal, Finance and other stakeholders.

• Monitor supplier pricing, invoicing and contract compliance.

• Oversee supplier onboarding and maintain accurate procurement records.

• Provide guidance on purchasing processes and procurement systems, including Coupa.

• Produce spend analysis and reporting, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

About You:

• Proven experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier management or contract management.

• Experience leading supplier negotiations and sourcing projects.

• Strong commercial acumen, analytical skills and stakeholder management abilities.

• Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

• Confident using Microsoft Office and procurement systems.

• Professional services experience is advantageous, but law firm experience is not essential.
