About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your own recruitment desk within the international education market, building relationships with leading schools and connecting talented teachers with opportunities worldwide.

You will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, sourcing and placing high-quality candidates, and delivering an outstanding service throughout the recruitment process.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate:

• Proven recruitment experience, with a strong track record in business development.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building and candidate management skills.
• The drive and commercial awareness to develop and grow a successful recruitment desk.
• A proactive, ambitious approach, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of your success.
