Trade Repairs Specialist (Internal) Salary: £38,000 per annum Location: Mobile across North, North West, East, South and South East London Base Office: Tower Hamlets Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday Benefits: Company Van & Fuel Card Provided About the Role We are looking for experienced Trade Repairs Specialists to join our Voids Team, carrying out internal repairs and maintenance works within residential properties across London. Working primarily within void properties, you will also support Responsive Repairs services as required. The role requires a strong all-round maintenance background and the ability to undertake a variety of internal repair tasks to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Carry out a range of internal property repairs and maintenance works. Complete carpentry, basic plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and decorating repairs. Prepare void properties for re-letting to agreed standards. Diagnose repair issues and determine appropriate remedial works. Complete responsive repairs within occupied properties when required. Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Maintain accurate records of completed works. Care for company vehicles, tools, and equipment. Deliver excellent customer service when interacting with residents. Essential Requirements Proven experience in property maintenance, repairs, or social housing. Strong multi-trade skillset covering internal repairs. Full UK Driving Licence. Good understanding of health and safety regulations. Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively. Desirable NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent trade qualification. Experience working within Voids and Responsive Repairs environments. Social housing maintenance experience.
