We are currently looking for ongoing temp Customer Service Advisors in Tech based in Central London. This role is paying £14 hour and will be working 9-6 including some weekends. This position is ideal for candidates who have some similar experience.

Using computer systems to record conversation details

Updating customer records

Handling service issues

Acting as the first point of contact for many customers

Resolving highly technical problems

Ensuring the maximum value from existing and new customers

Activating subscription feature requests

Speaking to internal teams and answering employee questions
