Overview: As a Service Advisor, you will be the face of our workshop, ensuring a smooth experience for our customers from their first contact to vehicle pickup. Your role is central to helping drivers get back on the road safely and efficiently while contributing to a welcoming and professional atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Communicate clearly and effectively with customers both face-to-face and over the phone, explaining repairs in an understandable way Manage a busy workload efficiently, scheduling work and liaising with technicians to ensure smooth workshop operations Contact customers to discuss vehicle repairs and gain approval for work needed Order parts from suppliers, update the system when parts arrive, and ensure workflow continues seamlessly Respond to email enquiries, schedule bookings, and support administrative tasks to keep the branch running effectively Work collaboratively as part of a team, assisting managers and upholding company policies and procedures Participate in ongoing training and skills development to stay current and confident in your role Must-Have Skills & Experience: Strong customer service skills, with excellent communication abilities Confident in using computers and making/receiving phone calls Ability to stay organized and maintain quality service in a fast-paced environment Nice-to-Have: Industry experience (not essential but preferred) What We Offer: A competitive basic salary of £28,000 - £30,000, with bonus potential up to £32,000 No Sundays or bank holidays to work Pension scheme, staff discounts, and long service incentives Opportunities for career growth and development within a supportive and inclusive workplace Company social events and team bonding activitiesReady to make a difference and grow your career with us?
