Seeking an ER & Recruitment Advisor to join a growing healthcare organisation in Marlow, providing expert support across employee relations and talent acquisition. This is a varied role where you'll partner with managers to drive recruitment activity while ensuring HR best practice is maintained across the employee lifecycle.

Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across a range of business functions
• Partner with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and attraction strategies
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate the interview process
• Provide advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance issues
• Support managers with employment law and HR best practice
• Oversee onboarding and induction processes for new hires
• Maintain and update HR records and recruitment systems
• Produce recruitment and HR reports for management teams
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
• Assist with policy reviews and implementation
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company procedures
• Support wider HR projects and people-focused initiatives

Profile

A successful 'Employee Relations And Recruitment Advisor' should have:

• Previous experience within an HR Advisor, ER Advisor or Recruitment & HR Advisor position
• Strong employee relations experience with the confidence to manage cases independently
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns
• Good understanding of UK employment law
• CIPD qualification or working towards qualification desirable
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working within a fast-paced environment

Job Offer

• Salary of £35,000 to £40,000 dependent on the level of experience.
