We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our team on a temporary basis with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate. This role is based in our St. Austell office, offering a dynamic work environment where you will manage customer interactions and administrative tasks.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Making calls to customers who have registered for a new meter to be fitted.
• Handling enquiries related to existing meters.
• Managing customer accounts and ensuring all information is up-to-date.
• Performing light administrative duties to support customer service processes.
• Working closely with the team to ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in telephone-based roles.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in using office software for administrative tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
