Want to own growth at an AI startup that already has the product, the customers and the revenue?

I'm working with a fast-growing AI business that lets creators generate realistic photos and videos of themselves, and build entirely virtual creators, without shoots or studios. With paying customers and a lean team across the U.S. and Europe, they now need a Head of Growth to scale.

The role

Reporting to the founder and CEO, you'll own growth strategy, budgets, the team and results. You'll lead the existing team (including a paid growth lead and in-house creative production) and build it out from here.

• Set channel mix and budgets against CAC, cohort quality and payback.
• Scale Meta and Google, and build new channels including affiliates, SEO and organic.
• Own conversion and lifecycle: landing pages, paywalls and retention.
• Establish trusted measurement and AI-powered workflows.

Who I'd love to speak to

• 5-10 years in growth at D2C, e-commerce, consumer subscription or consumer tech.
• You've personally scaled paid acquisition to $500K+ per month with strong unit economics.
• Hands-on in Ads Manager, data and landing pages, and have led at least a small team.
• Comfortable working with a broad range of creators and content types.
