QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) Manager Location: Ayr, Scotland Salary: From £35,500 per annum Full Time | Permanent | Evenings & Weekends Required Up to 10% Annual Bonus Live On Accommodation Available (Approximately £250 Per Month, Subject to Confirmation) HPL Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) Manager to join a busy, well established holiday park in Ayr. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands on Restaurant Manager or Fast Food Manager who enjoys leading a team, delivering great customer service and working in a busy, fast paced environment. You'll be responsible for the day to day running of a popular branded fast food venue, ensuring excellent service, strong team performance and consistently high operational standards. The Role As QSR Manager, you'll take responsibility for the overall performance of the venue, leading and developing your team while ensuring smooth daily operations. Your responsibilities will include: • Leading, motivating and developing the team to deliver excellent customer service. • Managing daily operations, ensuring efficient service and high food quality standards. • Overseeing staff rotas, scheduling, attendance and labour costs. • Monitoring sales performance, budgets, stock control and operational costs. • Recruiting, training and coaching team members to improve performance. • Maintaining excellent food hygiene, health and safety and brand standards. • Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues quickly and professionally. • Driving sales, improving efficiency and identifying opportunities to increase profitability. • Ensuring the venue is fully prepared for busy trading periods, including evenings, weekends and school holidays. About You We're looking for someone who has: • Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager, Fast Food Manager, Quick Service Restaurant Manager or similar. • Experience managing teams within a busy food service environment. • Strong leadership skills with a hands on approach. • Good understanding of food hygiene, health and safety regulations. • Experience managing budgets, stock, labour costs and sales targets. • Excellent communication and organisational skills. • The ability to remain calm and organised during busy service periods. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays as part of a full time rota. Experience within a branded fast food or quick service restaurant environment would be particularly beneficial.
