The Company: Our Client, an established precision manufacturer is seeking a Metrology Engineer to support new product introductions, manufacturing quality and process validation. The Role: Employed as a Metrology Engineer, your primary purpose will be to: * Develop CMM and vision inspection programs. * Conduct first article inspections, capability studies and equipment calibration. * Investigate measurement issues and produce technical reports. The Person: Candidates suitable for consideration should be able to provide evidence of the following: * Mechanical apprenticeship or strong precision inspection experience. * Confident interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T. * Hands-on CMM programming and first-principle measurement skills. * Experience in regulated manufacturing advantageous; MCOSMOS desirable.
