Senior Conveyancing Solicitor | Legal 500 firm | Hybrid Working

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a well-established Legal 500 firm in Leicester.

The firm has a strong residential property team and is looking for someone confident in managing their own caseload, with experience handling more complex residential transactions.

The role

• Independently manage a residential conveyancing caseload
• Handle complex leasehold matters and new build transactions
• Deliver a high-quality service within an established private practice environment
• Work with a good degree of autonomy, with support available when needed

The ideal candidate

You'll be an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with a strong technical grounding in residential conveyancing. Experience dealing with complex leases and new build transactions is particularly important.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys quality work and a more traditional private practice environment, rather than a high-volume, process-driven conveyancing operation.
