This is a great opportunity for someone with at least a year’s conveyancing experience who wants to keep building their skills and take on more responsibility. The role

Day to day, you can expect to be involved in preparing documents, liaising with clients, agents and other parties, and keeping matters moving to keep everyone informed throughout the transaction.

What you’ll need

• At least a year’s conveyancing experience
• A good understanding of the conveyancing process from instruction to completion
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy caseload
• Clear, confident communication with clients and other parties
• Good attention to detail
• Confidence using case management systems
