Outbounds Sales Executive

Are you an experienced Telesales, Telemarketing or Appointment Setter who thrives on outbound calling and hitting targets?

We’re recruiting for a Telesales Representative to join an established business based on Wrexham Industrial Estate. This is a 100% outbound B2B sales role, ideal for someone who enjoys picking up the phone, speaking to business owners and decision-makers, and turning conversations into genuine sales opportunities.

You’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities and booking qualified appointments for the company’s Business Development Managers.

The Role

This is a proactive, phone-based sales position where your focus will be on outbound B2B calling rather than waiting for leads to come to you.

You’ll be contacting prospective businesses, identifying decision-makers, introducing the company’s services, overcoming objections and qualifying opportunities before arranging appointments for the BD team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound B2B calls to prospective customers.
• Speak confidently with business owners, directors and senior decision-makers.
• Introduce company services and identify potential sales opportunities.
• Build rapport quickly and establish strong relationships over the phone.
• Handle objections confidently and professionally.
• Qualify prospects and book appointments for Business Development Managers.
• Ensure leads are accurately recorded and passed to the BDM team.
• Help organise and manage BDM appointments and schedules.
• Maintain accurate CRM and call records.
• Work towards agreed call, appointment and performance targets.
• Follow up with prospects where appropriate to maximise opportunities.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is confident, resilient and commercially minded, with a genuine appetite for outbound sales and commission.

You’ll ideally have experience in:

• B2B telesales
• Telemarketing
• Appointment setting
• Outbound sales
• Business development
• Lead generation

Most importantly, you’ll be comfortable picking up the phone and making outbound calls. You’ll know how to get past gatekeepers, engage decision-makers, handle rejection and keep going until you find the next opportunity.

What's On Offer?

• £26,000-£28,000 basic salary
• Commission
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
• Office-based role on Wrexham Industrial Estate
• Full-time, permanent position
