This is a rewarding opportunity to join a dedicated and supportive team where relationships matter, achievements are celebrated, and every day brings the chance to help students build confidence, independence and life-long skills.
You'll deliver engaging, personalised learning that meets the individual needs of each student, helping them achieve outcomes they may never have thought possible. About Us
Opened in September 2024, Brinksway School is a purpose-built Primary and Secondary SEN school for 55 students aged 4–13 with autism and complex needs. Located in Stockport, Greater Manchester, our refurbished, specialist building supports learning, independence, and wellbeing.
At Brinksway School, we passionately nurture each student’s potential. Our curriculum is tailored to individual needs, aiming not only for academic success but also for growth in confidence, self-esteem, and life skills. We aspire to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every student feels valued, supported, and inspired to flourish.
At Outcomes First Schools, we provide specialist education for learners who need a deeper level of understanding, expertise and support than mainstream education can typically offer. We support students with a wide range of complex, co-occurring and neurodivergent needs, including autism, ADHD, SEMH, speech and communication needs, dyslexia and experiences of trauma or adversity.
We are proud to be a part of OFG Education who in 2025 were officially certified as a ‘Great Place to Work’ for the sixth year running.
