Service Controller Are you an organised scheduler, coordinator, or service administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Service Controller to become the central point of a busy service operation, coordinating engineers, managing customer enquiries, and ensuring service activities run smoothly and efficiently. What You'll Be Doing ✅ Planning and scheduling engineers' daily workloads ✅ Responding to customer breakdowns and service requests ✅ Coordinating urgent call-outs and planned maintenance visits ✅ Updating job records and maintaining accurate service information ✅ Liaising with customers, engineers, and internal departments to deliver excellent service ✅ Producing reports and supporting operational performance What We're Looking For * Previous experience within Service Coordination, Scheduling, Planning, Resource Planning, or Dispatch * Strong organisational and multitasking skills * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office * Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities * Proactive and solutions-focused approach Ideal Background Experience as a Service Controller, Service Coordinator, Scheduler, Resource Planner, Dispatch Coordinator, Maintenance Planner, Fleet Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, or within a customer-focused engineering support environment would be highly beneficial.
