The Role

• Lead end-to-end analysis on key growth and marketing performance initiatives.
• Investigate changes in customer acquisition, retention, and funnel performance to identify opportunities and risks.
• Support marketing investment decisions through marketing effectiveness analysis, attribution, experimentation, and media measurement.
• Work with a wide range of marketing platforms, customer data sources, and experimentation tools to uncover actionable insights.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Commercial stakeholders to influence strategic growth decisions.
• Develop forecasting, scenario modelling, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
• Mentor analysts and contribute to best practice across the analytics function.

Your Skills & Experience

• Strong commercial experience within Marketing Analytics, Growth Analytics, Commercial Analytics, or a related analytical function.
• Deep understanding of customer acquisition, conversion funnels, lifecycle performance, and growth metrics.
• Experience evaluating marketing effectiveness through attribution, incrementality testing, experimentation, or media measurement methodologies.
• Advanced SQL skills and the ability to work independently with large datasets.
• Experience using Python or R for analysis.
• Exposure to a broad marketing technology ecosystem, including digital advertising platforms, web analytics tools, experimentation platforms, and cloud-based data environments.
• Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly and influence business stakeholders.
